<p>Transit times are from 1-6 business days to most states. Most orders are processed within 24 hours from the time you place your order.<br />

<span class="caps">UPS</span> does not deliver on Saturdays.</p>
<p>First Date, <span class="caps">LLC</span> will ship to the 48 Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Internationally.</p>
<p>At this time, Customers located in Canada must place their orders online at Info@shopfirstdate.com or contact us at 978-247-8999 to place your order by phone. Email and phone orders can be place Tuesday thru Friday from 10am-6pm and Saturday from 10am-5pm <span class="caps">EST</span>.</p>
<p>Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be provided with a shipping confirmation so that you may track your order.</p>
<p>If a package is returned to us for any reason, First Date,<span class="caps">LLC</span> will make 3 attempts to contact you via email or phone. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you with a new shipping fee charge added. In the event that we do not receive a response from you after the third contact attempt, the item(s) will be restocked; you will not be refunded. If however, the package is returned to sender due to an error of First Date, <span class="caps">LLC</span> the cost of reshipment will be covered at our expense.</p>
<span class="caps">PLEASE</span> make sure to review all information when placing an order (shipping, billing address, credit card information etc). If any information needs to be changed after placing the order, contact First Date immediately. We cannot guarantee addresses can be changed if the package has left our location, and First Date, <span class="caps">LLC</span> is not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses given to us at the time of purchase.
